From contribution to course in four steps.
Join the fund
The company joins an Interprofessional Fund through a labour consultant or accountant, with a simple notice to INPS.
Tailored training plan
We analyse your team's needs and build a programme aligned with company goals.
Approval and start
The fund reviews and approves the plan within two months of submission, then funds the courses: they are free for the company.
Delivery and management
Usually 26/28 hours a month, assessed case by case. Delivery is managed with Mandala Academy.
The labour consultant reports the fund code in the UNIEMENS form: from then on we handle everything, from needs analysis to delivery.GrowTribu Business is a technical partner of Mandala Academy.
